Kenyan Doctor.com is an online medical consultation website.

Kenyan doctors who are fully licensed by the Kenya medical and practitioners’ board.

The doctors answering the questions have vast medical experience and are usually in their final years of their postgraduate (masters) degrees in various specialties of medicine at our local universities. Further more we carry out an extensive background check on the doctors to ensure that only the best answer your consultations.

Usually less than 24 hours. Some consultations are even answered within an hour.

Once your consultation is answered you will get an SMS on your phone and an email in your email address. You then come to our site and log in as a member to see the doctors’ response.

The consultations are charged at a subsidized rate of 500 KSHS per consultation.

The payment method accepted is MPESA payable to the number provided within the site.

We make use of Secure Socket Layers (SSL) and transport layer security to protect all information you give us. The information is not available to the public and is only accessible by authorized employees.

24 hours and seven days a week.

Online medical consultation is not meant to treat Medical Emergencies and Issue     prescriptions for certain dangerous medical conditions. Furthermore it cannot treat ongoing chronic medical conditions that warrant a face to face visit with an office based, hospital based or urgent care based physician or specialist.
